Build a run of cases, then open them side by side against other players. Everybody opens the same cases in the same order at the same moment, and the highest total wins.
What the winner takes is the value of every item opened at the table, not the entry money. So the prize lands above or below what the seats paid in, depending on how the cases fell.
Play it one against one, or two against two and three against three where a team's totals add together. Crazy mode inverts it and the lowest total wins instead, which changes what you are hoping to pull entirely.
A seat that lands a case's Bonus tile rolls again over that case's top items, and the whole table waits for it, so every seat still opens each case at the same moment. The Bonus pull counts toward the total like any other.
Short a player and not in the mood to wait? Call a bot into the empty seat. It opens like anybody else and it is badged as a bot on every screen it appears on.
Each case pull is its own hash off the battle's seeds, drawn in a fixed order, and a pull that lands the Bonus draws its second roll from the same seeds under its own label. The server seed's hash is published when the battle opens and the client seed is a public drand round drawn once every seat is filled, so nobody knew the run when they joined.
What are the Case Battles modes?
Classic gives the pot to the highest total, Shared splits it between everybody, and Jackpot draws the winner at random weighted by how much each side pulled. Crazy flips the scoring so the lowest total wins, and terminal counts only the last case.
